There are so many ways to be happy dealing with difficult situation . Such as, maintain relationship, be health conscious, work hard, follow the attitude of gratitude, learn from mistakes, avoid drugs whenever possible, believe in truth, discover your own talent etc. And i found some ideas to minimize tensions and be happy.
Firstly, make sure and decide to be happiest person on the world. Then always try to be happy which relives all our stress and help us to stay positive.
